Dino the dinosaur

Dino came into my life when I had just lost another dog due to old age and I was heartbroken. There was a hole where my heart used to be. I saw his scrappy little face on the rescue website and decided right then and there I had to have him. When I went to meet him, he wasnt particularly nice or even fun. He had giant ears that didn't fit his small body. Me and my son left feeling underwhelmed. We went back the next day and took him a stuffed sheep toy. We tossed it across the room and he suddenly came alive. He raced over, grabbed it, shook it, twirled around several times and looked like the happiest dog alive. He came home with us that day.
