Greta

I wasn't looking for a new dog. My dog Bruno had died a few months earlier and I still wasn't over it. But there I was scrolling on facebook one day, and I saw her. Greta. She was up for adoption at my vet's office. I was going to run errands but decided to go look. Something just told me to. I got there and they brought her out and she instantly popped up onto my lap. She is NOT a lap dog. Her ears were the biggest ears I've ever seen on a dog. Her coat was black and shiny. She radiated. That was it - I was in love. Greta is the most amazing dog I've ever met. The vet told us she 'has a lot of energy'. She is always in persuit of a tennis ball and could play all day and night. When she stops, she wants nothing but love and belly rubs. Her kind eyes and warm spirit make me beam everytime I see her.
